CANCELLATION POLICY
“No-shows” and "late cancellations" inconvenience to patients who need to receive our services, such as those on waiting list or those in an emergency.
We understand that you may need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency.
If you need to cancel, please let us know within 24 hours in advance. Early cancellation will give another patient the possibility to have access to our service.
"No Shows" inconvenience all of us, including our patients. "No Shows" whether you have an insurance or not, you will be charged our full treatment fee $70.
We will also contact you the day before your scheduled appointment by text message, phone call, email, etc., if you don't reply, your appointment may be cancelled.
We appreciate your understanding for those patients who are on the waiting list and need urgent care.
If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
